The Goodman Partnership team has grown recently with the appointment of Nikki Ludgrove who joined at the beginning of this year. Nikki has been working in the finance industry for more than ten years, initially in investment management and, since January 2017, in financial planning.
Nikki’s new job involves Paraplanning Support.
“I was looking for a role with a firm which has a great culture and work ethic but which would also give me the support I need to progress to being a qualified Paraplanner, which is my goal,” says Nikki. “I work in a team with three other Paraplanners and my role is to support them, whilst working towards my CertPFS qualification.”
Nikki continues: “From my very first day at The Goodman Partnership I felt very well looked after. My team are great and put together a thorough training schedule for me. Although I am still new, the work is really interesting and I am looking forward to taking on more tasks each week.”
Nikki says she’s been impressed by the high level of service The Goodman Partnership provides to clients.
“Everything is bespoke and specifically tailored to each client and that really puts them high above other companies in the industry,” she explains.
Outside of work, Nikki swims for Tunbridge Wells Masters SC and has two Kent records in 200m and 400m freestyle. In addition, she loves skiing, surfing and mountain biking.
